As a Luxury Villa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the villa is immaculate and ready for each guest arrival. You will work closely with our concierge team to coordinate guest requests, manage inventory, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure the villa is clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate with the concierge team to manage guest requests and ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Prepare and maintain the villa's inventory, including linens, toiletries, and other amenities.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Monitor and maintain the villa's amenities, such as the pool, spa, and kitchen, to ensure they are in good working order.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure the villa is ready for each guest arrival.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure a high level of service is maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
