As the LEC Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the finance team to reconcile transactions in SAP, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. This role requires a strong background in financial accounting, SAP reconciliation, and a deep understanding of financial regulations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Conduct SAP reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior staff on financial accounting and SAP reconciliation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting and SAP reconciliation.
- Certification in SAP FICO or related financial software.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and SAP software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
