In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. You will also be tasked with ensuring the security of our systems by implementing and managing security protocols, conducting regular security audits, and responding to security incidents. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting network issues, configuring network devices, and ensuring the integrity and availability of our IT systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect our IT systems.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues reported by users.
• Configure and manage network devices using tools like Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and SolarWinds.
• Ensure the integrity and availability of our IT systems by implementing backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Network and Security Administration.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with network monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Proficient in using operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
