📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking reservations, and addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage the dining area by ensuring tables are set, cleaned, and ready for the next guests.
• Assist with the preparation of food and beverages by restocking supplies, cleaning utensils, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register, ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions.
• Promote our menu items and specials to guests, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Stay updated on restaurant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for the food and beverage industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
