📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth running of all activities
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff
• Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the clinic
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality of care
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to attract new patients and grow the clinic's revenue

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the healthcare industry
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using clinic management software, such as Practice Fusion or NextGen Healthcare
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA compliance
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
