📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Assess training needs and design appropriate training materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback to employees on their performance,Maintain records of training activities and outcomes,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training goals are met,Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with training software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Proven track record of successful training programs
