Create and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and other technical documents,Work closely with engineering and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, conciseness, and accuracy,Develop and implement a technical writing style guide and best practices,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product documentation for customer use,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Ensure that all technical documents are compliant with company policies and industry standards🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Oxygen XML Editor,Experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation for software, hardware, or other complex products,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technical writing,Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing🛠️ Keahlian
