📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store operations and sales data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
