📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food quality, portion sizes, and presentation standards are met.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing daily menus.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage and handling.,Participate in food cost control and menu engineering.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Fluent in Indonesian, English is a plus.
