📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure the safety and compliance of the facility with all regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the building's energy efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facility.
  • Train and supervise maintenance staff.
  • Manage the facility's budget for maintenance and repairs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with healthcare facilities is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
