📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
