📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are properly stored.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet production targets.,Assist in the planning and preparation of menus.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

🛠️ Keahlian
