📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and patrolling the premises to prevent unauthorized access.,Conducting regular security checks and inspections.,Responding to security incidents and emergencies promptly.,Maintaining security logs and reports.,Enforcing security policies and procedures.,Assisting in the management of access control systems.,Collaborating with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as needed.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or related field.,Valid security guard certification or license.,Good physical condition and fitness level.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.,Familiarity with access control systems and security equipment.

🛠️ Keahlian

Security awareness and vigilance.Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.Basic knowledge of security software and systems.Ability to work overnight and on weekends.Multilingual skills (EnglishIndonesianand local dialects) are a plus.
