📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online platforms.,Present and promote Crystal Village Lestari's properties to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.,Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible value for their investment.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.,Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the sales manager.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Familiarity with the local real estate market in Salatiga and Jawa Tengah is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
