Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers.Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
