📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and maintaining daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.,Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.,Analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assisting in the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives.,Providing support in the development and maintenance of operational systems and tools.,Assisting in the training and development of new staff to ensure high standards of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations or related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with operational software and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel as required by the business.
