Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire localisation process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for global client teams, providing expert guidance and support.
• Coordinate with translators, editors, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in localisation to continuously improve processes and deliverables.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in localisation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in localisation, preferably in a global market.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering localisation projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other major language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, French, Arabic).
• Familiarity with localisation tools and software such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or Across.
• Certification in localisation or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high level of attention to detail.
