Lead Tax Officer

Toko Tono Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all tax-related activities for our clinic, ensuring compliance with local and national tax laws, and optimizing tax strategies to minimize the clinic's tax liability.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee all tax-related activities for the clinic, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the clinic's tax liability.
• Prepare and file all tax returns accurately and on time.
• Monitor and analyze tax-related financial data to identify opportunities for tax optimization.
• Provide tax-related advice and guidance to clinic management and staff.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Experience with tax software and accounting systems is a plus.
