📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
