Glow Port Unggul is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises and employees. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access, conducting patrols, and responding to security incidents. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and a passion for protecting people and property.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry.,Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect any suspicious activities.,Respond promptly to security incidents, including alarms, break-ins, and emergencies.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Work with other departments to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Enforce security policies and procedures as outlined by the company.,Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to resolve security issues.,Provide security support during events and special activities as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.,Knowledge of security systems and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Valid security clearance or willingness to undergo a background check.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
