📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall management and administration of the company.,Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success.,Manage day-to-day operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.,Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company in negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Understanding of financial management and strategic planning.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
