📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and complaints.,Monitor and maintain service quality standards and performance metrics.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage inventory and ensure proper utilization of resources.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Engineering, or related discipline).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the telecommunications industry.,Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, networks, and technologies.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
