📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including initial screening and candidate assessments.
• Support the HR team in managing the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Conduct research and analysis to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Participate in assessment center activities, including designing and conducting assessments.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials and communication with candidates.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Contribute to team meetings and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a psychology program or have recently graduated with a degree in psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
