📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process.,Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, to maintain a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Support the HR manager in various projects and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
