📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of skilled bakers, chefs, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for senior management.,Lead and participate in training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a bakery or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.
