📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greeting and assisting customers to ensure a pleasant dining experience.,Taking and relaying customer orders accurately to the kitchen.,Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.,Assisting with food and beverage preparation when needed.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Participating in training and development programs to improve skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
