Seven Retail Group is seeking a dynamic Education Consultant/Student Advisor to join the team at Sparks Music in Pluit, Jakarta Utara. As an Education Consultant/Student Advisor, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative music education programs. You'll work closely with students, parents, and teachers to create personalized learning experiences that cater to each student's unique needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative music education programs tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with students, parents, and teachers to assess musical potential and develop personalized learning plans.
• Organize and facilitate music workshops, classes, and events to engage students in hands-on learning experiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Sparks Music programs and attract new students.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to students, helping them develop their musical skills and achieve their goals.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in music education to continuously enhance program offerings.
• Represent Sparks Music at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in music education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of music theory, pedagogy, and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and teachers.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with music education software and tools, such as Sibelius, Finale, or other music notation software.
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed to conduct workshops and classes.
