📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products, including user manuals, API documentation, and release notes.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content to support our products.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.,Support the technical writer in managing projects and meeting deadlines.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving existing documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.,Good understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
