As a Deputy HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis related to HR metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
