You'll work with advanced dental software such as Dentrix or Practice Management Software to streamline clinic workflows. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of dental clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage a team of dental professionals, including hygienists, assistants, and dentists.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records using Dentrix or Practice Management Software.
• Ensure compliance with dental regulations and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive clinic environment.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental clinic management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing dental clinics.
• Certification in dental practice management or related field.
• Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental practice management software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
