CV Lestari Bukit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our branch operations effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or business management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor branch performance against set KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training and development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail or business management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
