📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team productivity and efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a plus.
