As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring that our products are stored, packed, and shipped efficiently. You'll work closely with our team to implement best practices in warehouse management, leveraging tools like SAP and RFID systems to enhance our processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse management best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate new technologies and systems for warehouse management.
• Work closely with the Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with inventory management systems such as SAP, WMS, or similar.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWMS) or a related certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with RFID and other advanced warehouse technologies is a plus.
