📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, including inventory control and staff scheduling.,Support the Outlet Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular sales audits and provide reports to the Outlet Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor new staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly.,Assist in the preparation and execution of sales promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
