Based in Pangkal Pinang, you will work closely with government officials, stakeholders, and community leaders to implement innovative HR strategies that enhance productivity and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with government regulations and best practices.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a skilled and diverse workforce.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for civil servants.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the civil service workforce.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other government agencies to share best practices and resources.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung at national and international HR conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a government or public sector setting.
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian government regulations and policies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
