As an Accountant Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with our design team and other departments to provide financial insights that support our business decisions. With your strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you will help us navigate the financial complexities of our creative industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Provide financial support to the design team and other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a creative or design industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
